Shipping Policies

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3­-7 business days

Canada: 6­-12 business days

European Union: 4-10 business days (if fulfilled in EU warehouse, otherwise “World” shipping delivery times apply)

World: 10-15 business days

Your order will be shipped 3-5 days after successful purchase. Please, add this time to total “delivery” time. Every order is processed individually and we print on demand, so it can take few days to prepare it for shipping. It takes usually 2-3 days, but during busier times, it can take up to 6 days.

All available shipping methods include tracking of the delivery. Tracking code will be send to you via e-mail.

Shipping rates:

Our shipping rates depend on the location of the country or State we ship to. They differ dynamically on the basis of “Live Rates” that are integrated into our system. These rates are pulled out from carrier’s system. We don’t charge anything above carrier’s pricing. Shipping rates also depend on the chosen shipping class – Flat Rate, Express and Overnight.

There prices are always visible and calculated in “Checkout” phase of the shopping process. They are added to your total order, so no surprises there!

Approximately, US (Domestic) rate for Flat Rate (tracking) and Express (tracking) delivery can range between $2.90 – $5.50 for one T-Shirt and $6 – $6.50 for one Hoodie. These prices depend on current carrier’s rate and State.

Note: Flat Rate refers to the lowest priced shipping method. For some States (US) and Countries (Europe, rest of the World) it can be priced differently or not be available at all. This shipping method still offers tracking of the delivery.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

Returns policies

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time! Our email is [email protected]

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
